Vunani Fund Managers has developed a program of mentorship and continuing education for all members of staff. Mentorship takes places on a daily basis through the close interaction of the senior members of staff wih junior members of the team. Regular sessions are held that facilitate the learning process of both industry and market dynamics. Continuous professional development is achieved through all members of the investment team at Vunani Fund Managers being encouraged to register for or having completed the CFA program and other relevant industry qualifications.
